time planning


owh! tolonglah aku.. akhir2 ni ak rasa begitu sukar bernafas.. bukan hidung tersumbat or xcukup oksigen tapi sebab ak xreti nak plan.. dah la nak plan utk wat keje cukup susah bagi ak yg baru berkerja ni, ditambah plak nak plan wat keje + urusan peribadi.. sampai tertido2 la pikir camne nak settlekan dua2 kehidupan ni.. satu tanggungjawab terhadap kerja, satu lagi tanggungjawab diri sendiri + insan dcc..

penat ak pk apsal ak xleh nak plan cun cun nyer schedule.. klu cakap pasal keje, mmg org akan cakap "keje sampai bila pun xabis" - ye betul, tapi klu xsettle, diri sendiri gak yg xabis2 kena marah... lagi bertambah susah bila keje pun urgent, peribadi pun urgent.. klu leh wat cam naruto tu, dah lama ak bahagi diri ak ni byk2.. hehehehe

Pasal keje, ak ni kategori newbie, yg memerlukan byk support and discussion, memerlukan byk communication dgn org yg lebih berpengalaman, xleh nak wat keje tu sorg2, sebab xtahu kan.. kena byk tanya.. wat sket kena tanya supaya stay on-track..so planning ak kena la include org2 lain.. susah tu nak plan bila melibatkan org lain.. pastu pasal peribadi plak.. tgh sibuk2 wat plan utk keje, baru nak tarik nafas lega sket sebab perasan planning dah cun, tetiba lak ada benda urgent yg kena wat.. baru start serabut, mana nak selit ni.. nak plan keje pun rasa cam dah xmuat schedule, tambah lak urusan peribadi.. adoiyaiii.. sabtu n ahad, nak wat keje xleh, sebab xde org keje nak tunjuk.. urusan peribadi pun xleh sebab hari cuti.. melepak je la. sediakan je lla ape yg leh sedia.. weekday baru semua nak masuk, bukan mengelak ke ape... cthnyer: isnin ni ada unit cilipadi nak masuk, my senior already instruct me to monitor this unit, and follow up report from other engineer - so it mean xleh la ambik cuti.. selasa plak - already set discussion with ganeson, third party trainer to jointly discuss trainning preparation - mean kenalah keje, sape yg leh gantikan? the job already specified for me and only me, no assistant k... rabu baru nak cuti? owh gosh! already late 4 personnal matter.. then the next monday already training, need to prepare the module, the slide, the picture, the test equipment need to be test! dun have time much!!!! in the mean time also need to finish up punchlist report summary, follow up betty project, study thermal overload relay for betty project! gosh mann!!!

klulah keje2 training tu ak reti, leh wat sendiri, selamba je ak mintak cuti, settlekan urusan peribadi sebab confident leh siapkan malam2.. ni dah la lack of knowledge, need lot of assist.. only working hour i can meet the senior staff.. susah2 nak wat planning ni.. dulu masa mula2 keje kt apm eric ada ajar.. skang ada ak recall2 cara planning tu.. but need lot of improvement.. simple planning juz not enough.. kena kasi tambah power sket kt planing ni, baru ada kick! camne nak tambah power daqlam planning ni!!! somebody help!!!!

hehehe... utk kali ni ak dah jupe solution tapi still lambat bagi aku.. next time camne lah agaknyer.. slow mcm ni lagikah ak..

[siz|zizul: susah bila urusan peribadi xleh nak wat after office hour, keje pun xleh nak wat after office hour.. so skrg ni, juz wat ape yg boleh jer la.. yg xboleh tu sabar je la.. ]
